If you are developing notes for an upper-level course, you should be aware of AMS Open Math Notes. This is a repository of freely downloadable mathematical works in progress. You can find course notes, textbooks, and research expositions in progress. They are living documents and may be subject to significant revision. You can (1) download and use these materials as teaching and research aids, and send constructive comments and suggestions to the authors; and (2) contribute your own notes. Visit and explore!
